What was the Photoshop workaround? It may point to a setting you need to change in the Print Center setup. What version of AI and PS are you using? This sounds pretty odd as I've printed to a variety of HP printers from AI10 and AI9. I did have some driver issues with OSX10.1.5 for an inkjet printer. Steve.

Also, have you checked with HP to see if there are any updates to their PPD or even the printer itself (IIRC, the 8150 is not Adobe PostScript, but the Xionics clonescript, which has had previous problems in compatibility with the PostScript spec). T.

Have an hp deskjet 5650 printer. When I try to print Microsoft Works spreadsheet a message tells to that a printer has not been specified. HP took me to a patch (Wks4fix.exe) but it did not fix the problem. Readme.txt next instruction is to call 206-635-7130 for Microsoft Works Product Support.

Verification complete. 1 missing files/directories found during the verification process. They may be responsible for certain printing problems.
